2027 LONG TERM & EVENT SPORTS COURT 

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 

City of Canada Bay has three indoor recreation centres with a total of eight multipurpose indoor sports courts. We are now taking expressions of interest for long-term bookings and events at Five Dock Leisure Centre, Concord Oval Recreation Centre and Rhodes Recreation Centre in 2027.

The deadline for applications is 5:00PM on Sunday 20th September 2026.

School requests seeking bookings for Gymnastics (Five Dock or Rhodes) or Gym (Concord or Rhodes) will be sent a separate EOI in Term 3 2026.

  • Activities and programs that are not mentioned in the above expression of interest will not be considered and cannot be conducted.

  • If an offer is sent to you and a booking is confirmed, any activity not disclosed in this expression of interest will be prohibited.

  • By applying to use City of Canada Bay's Recreation Centres, I am committed to the Recreation Centre's Terms and Conditions (subject to change).

  • Hirers are appropriately qualified for the activities and programs being provided.

  • Applications and scheduling conflicts will be assessed by the Sports Programs Team who will use the guiding principles and criteria listed in the Information Sheet to assess each application fairly.
