ITINERANT MOBILE FOOD VENDING VEHICLE

APPLICATION FORM

To operate a mobile food vending vehicle itinerantly (i.e. driving from place to place selling food to customers) within Canada Bay you must have a valid approval to operate. To apply for an approval to operate, complete and return this registration form and pay applicable fees. Please note an itinerant mobile vehicle can only remain stationary for a maximum of 15 minutes before having to move on a minimum of 250 metres. Please refer to Council's Itinerant Mobile Food Vending Vehicles policy.

Fees & Charges - As per the 'Food – Annual Itinerant/Mobile Food Vendor Fee' section of Council's Fees and Charges.
