Maintenance

1. I accept that Council reserved the right to order removal of the garden, at owner/renters cost.

2 . I acknowledge that if any work needs to be done on the planted nature strip by Council or a service provider, returning the nature strip to its original condition will happen at my own cost.

3. I will keep the nature strip garden free of litter.

4. I will maintain the nature strip garden to ensure plants are not overgrowing on footpath or road.
