PARKING PERMIT REPLACEMENT

APPLICATION FORM

Use this application form to alppy for a Replacement Parks, Residential and Business Permit (1 July 2023 - 30 June 2024).

  • Replacement Visitor Parking Permits are not issued.

  • Replacement fees apply to all permits, even those initially obtained for free - fees are as per Council's fees and charges.

The applicant is required to present the following documents to establish residence, and ownership of the vehicle(s) in hte applicants name as stated on the application form.

  • For a new application you will need to provide two of the following documents

  • For a renewal applicatuion you will need to provide one of the following documents 

  • For each permit application, a current vehicle registration is also required.
