PARKING PERMIT REPLACEMENT

APPLICATION FORM

Use this application form to apply for a Replacement Parks, Residential and Business Permit (1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025).

Replacement Visitor Parking Permits are not issued.
Replacement Business Permits for Area 6 (Five Dock) are not issued.
Replacement fees apply to all permits, even those initially obtained for free - fees are as per Council's fees and charges.
