Use this application form to apply for a replacement permit for an existing Parks,Residential(with expiry 30 June 2029) or Business Permit Area 1-5 (with expiry 30 June 2027).

Please note that replacement permits are not available for visitor or business permits in Area 6.

I acknowledge that the replaced permit has been cancelled and must not be displayed on any vehicle. The Law Enforcement team has been notified of the cancelled permit, and failure to remove it may result in an infringement.
