 Residential and Visitor Parking Permit

New permit expiration date: 30 June 2026

If you hold a current Residential, Visitor or Parks Parking Permit that expires in 2025 and have had no change of address or car registration, your permits have been extended to 30 June 2026.

You do not need to complete this application form. Continue to display your permits until 30 June 2026.

Law Enforcement / Rangers are aware of this change.

Complete this form to apply for a NEW Residential and Visitor Parking Permit (issued together for approved applications). Check your eligibility first as only addresses on specific streets may be eligible for residential parking permits. More information is available on the parking and permits page.

If you have had a change in registration on a vehicle that is displayed on an existing permit, complete the Replacement Form.

If you're not eligible for a parking permit, the Customer Experience Team will contact you or may request further information to complete the application.

Vehicle Registrations

Provide a current Certificate of Registration for each vehicle registered to your address.

Residential permits are issued based on:

  • The number of vehicles registered to the eligible address

  • The number of off-street parking spaces on your property (driveway, carport, garage)

Please note that Visitor Permits cannot be reprinted if lost in the mail.
