 Residential and Visitor Parking Permit

New permit expiration date: 30 June 2026

Complete this form to apply for a Residential and Visitor Parking Permit (issued together for approved applications).

Refer to the parking and permits webpage for eligibility information and what you need to prepare before you complete this application form. Alternatively, call us on 02 9911 6555 for assistance. 

If you're not eligible for a parking permit, the Customer Experience Team will contact you or may request further information to complete the application.

Residents who hold a current Residential, Visitor or Parks parking permit, and who have had no change in address or car registration, have had their permits automatically extended to 30 June 2026. You do not need to complete this application, but you are required to display your current permit (with expiry in 2025) until 30 June 2026.

Vehicle Registrations

Provide copies of the current Certificate of Registration for all the vehicle/s that are registered to your address.

The number of Residential permits issued is based on the number of vehicles registered to the eligible address along with the number of off-street car spaces on your property (including  driveway / carport / garage). More information can be found  here.

NOTE: Screenshots of vehicle registration from the Service NSW app or registration receipts are not accepted, as they lack sufficient information regarding the vehicle owner and address. Please note that Visitor Permits cannot be reprinted if lost in the mail.
