Visitor Parking Permit (without Residential Permit)

New permit expiration date: 30 June 2026

If you hold a current Residential, Visitor or Parks Parking Permit that expires in 2025 and have had no change of address or car registration, your permits have been extended to 30 June 2026.

You do not need to complete this application form. Continue to display your permits until 30 June 2026.

Law Enforcement / Rangers are aware of this change.

Complete this form to apply for a NEW Visitor Parking Permit (without a Residential Parking Permit). Check your eligibility first as only addresses on specific streets may be eligible for residential parking permits. More information is available on the parking and permits page.

If you already hold a Visitor permit but it has been lost or stolen, complete the Replacement Form .

If you're not eligible for a parking permit, the Customer Experience Team will contact you or may request further information to complete the application.
